Return & Exchange Policy

At ICONIC LEGACY, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase and photos of the damage or error

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return shipping label and further instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Used items or anything not in original condition

Please email us if you have questions about a specific item.

Incorrect / Insufficient Address & Return to Sender

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Nupe Valley is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses that were entered incorrectly or are deemed insufficient by the carrier.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address, unclaimed package, or any reason marked “Return to Sender” by the carrier:

  • The customer is responsible for paying an additional shipping fee for a new shipping label.
  • Your order will be reshipped only after the new shipping fee has been processed.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at iconiclegacy22@gmail.com so we can try to assist before your label is printed.


Refunds (if applicable)

If a return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at Iconiclegacy22@gmail.com.
